The Orlando Economic Partnership turns the spotlight on the Orlando Regional Realtor Association (ORRA) for its outstanding efforts cultivating talent, fostering professional growth, and connecting realtors in the Orlando region.

The Partnership welcomes Colliers International, a top-tier global commercial real estate services and investment management company, to the Corporate Council level.

Represented in every Central Florida county (Brevard, Lake, Orange, Osceola, Polk, Seminole, and Volusia) and headquartered in Polk County (Winter Haven), CenterState Bank is a prime example of a bank putting community involvement first.

From pastures to citrus groves to wood and wetlands, Deseret Cattle & Citrus manages over 295,000 acres, or 450 square miles, that perfectly mirrors the diversity of Central Florida’s rich natural landscape. The Deseret team balances animal science, soil science, and business to promote responsible stewardship of the environment.

The Orlando Economic Partnership welcomes Hensel Phelps to the Corporate Council level of investment. Hensel Phelps is an industry leader with global operations in pre-construction, construction, and post-construction management across a variety of industries. The Hensel Phelps way of doing business is built on four pillars: people, process, partnership and technology. An employee-owned organization, the firm celebrated its 80^th anniversary of continuous operations just last year. 

Earlier this year, leading, global, vacation-ownership company Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV) celebrated one year since becoming an independent, public company on Jan. 4, 2017, following a spin-off from Hilton. This milestone coincides with the company’s 25th anniversary and 24 years’ consecutive growth.

The Orlando Economic Partnership would like to extend a big welcome to new Ambassador Council investor ADP.

The Partnership’s close relationship with ADP began in 2015 when it was exploring sites for a new regional office. After evaluating hundreds of locations, in July 2016, ADP announced it had chosen Orlando to invest $28 million in capital and create 1,600 new jobs.

It’s no wonder Ambassador Council level investor Wyndham Vacation Ownership is the world’s largest developer and marketer of flexible, points-based vacation ownership products. With over 220 resorts, travelers can choose from a portfolio of more than 117,000 properties across 35 countries worldwide. In 2016 alone, Wyndham booked more than 1.7 million vacations.

This month the Orlando Economic Partnership welcomes Leidos to the Governors Council level of investment. This high level of investor support comes only from those in the community who are profoundly committed to championing the growth of the Orlando region.
