Founded in 1958, Cousins Properties is a real estate investment trust (REIT) with extensive expertise in development, acquisition, leasing and property management of Class A office towers. It owns more than one million square feet of premier office space in Orlando’s central business district, including the iconic Bank of America Center, One Orlando Center and Citrus Center.

Cousins’ core business strategy centers around investing and managing properties in high-quality, well-located and growing areas, making them a perfect partner for our Orlando region. The company’s core values also include community involvement, an obligation for their associates to reinvest time and leadership into bettering the regions in which they do business.

The Orlando Economic Partnership is proud to welcome Senior Vice President and Managing Director Shipley Hall to the Business Development Committee. This level of engagement is mutually beneficial, as Hall will help the team set regional strategies and aid in the retention and expansion of targeted businesses, which in turn helps create a more robust and business friendly economy for this organization to thrive.
