Specializing in ownership and management of Class A office buildings, Piedmont’s presence in the Orlando marketplace has grown rapidly over the last several years. Their local portfolio includes downtown Orlando’s SunTrust Tower, the two CNL Tower buildings, and the CNL parking garage as well as over one million square feet in Lake Mary's TownPark space. The company is currently on track to become one of downtown Orlando’s largest landlords in the core business district.
